02What the website offers

The website presents our services (digital advertising, web apps and development, and an in-house AI engine), lets you request an assessment, track the status of a request, chat with Nova (our automated assistant) and see a demo of the Client Cockpit.

The information on the website is for informational purposes and is not a binding commercial offer. Each service is contracted through a written proposal and agreement, which prevail over anything the website says.

03Proposals, pricing and hiring

  • We do not publish list prices: each proposal is put together after the assessment, based on each company's scope and goals.
  • Media spend (what is paid to Google, Meta or other platforms) is always separate from our fees, unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Timelines, deliverables, payment terms and conditions for each service are set out in the accepted proposal or the contract.
  • We do not accept payments through this website.

04Advertising results and use of AI

We work with best practices and real data, but advertising results depend on external factors (the market, the competition, platform changes, and each business's product and operation). That's why we do not guarantee specific sales, lead or return figures, unless agreed in writing.

Our AI agents propose and draft, but no change to a client's accounts goes live without a person's approval. The client keeps ownership of their ad accounts and their data.

05Nova, the automated assistant

Nova is an automated chat with answers written in advance by our team. It does not use generative artificial intelligence and does not replace advice from a person. Its answers are informational and do not create contractual obligations. When a question needs a person, Nova connects you with Camilo.

06Demo and mission tracker

  • The demo cockpit uses fictitious clients and figures. Any resemblance to real companies is coincidental.
  • The tracker shows the stage of your request with your mission code. Keep the code as a private reference: do not share yours with third parties.

07Permitted use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or someone else's information without their authorization.
  • Try to access areas, data or systems without permission, or test for vulnerabilities without prior agreement.
  • Use bots, scrapers or bulk submissions against the website or its forms.
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Typers or third parties.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

08Intellectual property

The Typers brand, logo, text, design, illustrations, code and other content on the website belong to Typers or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written authorization.

Third-party trademarks mentioned (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Claude and others) belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe the platforms we work with, without implying sponsorship or affiliation.

10Availability and liability

We strive to keep the website available and working well, but it may have interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, Typers is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it. None of this limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011) where applicable.

11Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed directly; if that is not possible, it will be resolved by the competent courts of Colombia.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page (version 1.0, of September 24, 2026).
