How much does the CRM cost?
There's no monthly CRM fee and no per-user charge: it comes with the website we build for you. The price of the web project comes out of the assessment.
Can I get the CRM without building the website with Typers?
Not today. It works because it is born connected to the form, the chat and the measurement of the website we build.
Does it send automatic WhatsApp messages?
No. It opens WhatsApp with the message already written and you press send. That way your number is not at risk of being blocked.
Who owns my lead data?
Your business. It sits in a separate project, only the people you invite can get in, and you can export it to Excel whenever you like.
I already use another CRM. Do I have to switch?
No. If you already use it well, we won't ask you to switch. We look at it in the assessment.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The board scrolls sideways and the lead card opens from the bottom. It has a light and a dark theme.
