Mission case study

Escuela Warriors: from 0 tracked conversions to a website that measures

Mission in progressUpdated on

The short answer

Escuela Warriors was paying for Google and Meta ads, but its website tracked nothing: in September 2026 Google recorded 463 clicks and 0 tracked conversions. Typers built a new website that counts every visit, every WhatsApp click and every form from day one, with its own panel where the school manages its leads. The site went live on October 1, 2026; results are still being measured.

The numbers we started with

A reading from September 1 to 29, 2026, taken from Meta Ads and Google Ads through the Cockpit, in read-only mode. These are not Typers results: this is the picture on the day we arrived.

No measurement installed on the website

Zero tracked does not mean zero sign-ups: it means the website had no way to count them.

How the spend was split

Meta 44% · Google 56%

  • Meta Ads 44%
  • Google Ads 56%

Agreed monthly cap

Spend was at 75% of the cap

What we found

The campaign was not the problem

Before touching a single ad, we checked what could be known from the data available. The answer was: very little.

Main finding

The website tracked nothing

With that data, nobody could tell whether the Google campaign was working or not. Clicks arrived, but the website did not record what happened next.

What we built

A website that counts what happens

Everything on this list has been live since October 1, 2026. What is still missing is further down, with its status.

The home page of the new website, at escuelawarriors.com.
  1. New website

    Live

Built from scratch, and fast. This is how we work on web and apps.

    • One page per location, with directions buttons for Waze and Google Maps.
    • A selector that tells you the category by age.
    • Video testimonials from families and players.
    • A free trial class form. It does not ask for the child’s name: only the guardian’s details, age and location.
    • A guided chat with the school’s mascot. It answers with the school’s real information and does not make things up: what it does not know goes to WhatsApp.
    • The old site’s addresses redirect to the new ones, so what was earned on Google is not lost.
  2. Measurement from day one

    Live

The website counts visits, WhatsApp clicks, clicks on directions and forms. And it stores which source or ad each lead came from.

    • Google and Meta tags go through Google Tag Manager and only load if the person accepts cookies.
    • Names and phone numbers are never sent to the platforms.
  3. Its own panel with a CRM

    Live

It lives on the same website and carries the school’s brand. It is the CRM Typers.

    • Every lead lands on a board with stages: new, contacted, trial class, enrolled or discarded.
    • Each one has a next action, a history and a reason when it is discarded.
    • The school gets an email for every new lead and a daily email with what is pending.
    • It also manages its blog, locations, schedules, categories and gallery without depending on anyone.
  4. Client Cockpit

    Live

The Meta and Google numbers arrive every day in the Client Cockpit, with alerts and against the monthly cap.

    • The Cockpit receives only counts from the website: how many leads and closed deals per source. Never personal data.

What is still missing

  • In progress

Connecting the conversions (WhatsApp click and form) in Google Ads, GA4 and Meta.

  • Pending

A new Google campaign targeted by radius around each location. It is created paused and a person turns it on.

  • Pending

Social media content: 20 posts a month.

No data yet, and we say so

The website has been live for only a few days. Once there is a full measured month we will publish the numbers here, good or not.

Lessons

Three lessons for any local business

  1. Before judging a campaign, check whether your website measures

If the website does not count forms or WhatsApp clicks, a good campaign and a bad one look the same.

  2. If you have several locations, each one needs its own page

With its address, its schedule and its directions button. Someone searching near home wants to see their location.

  3. Set a cap and let something warn you

A monthly cap and an alert keep you from finding out late that the balance ran out or that spend went over.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about this case

What did Typers do for Escuela Warriors?

Typers built the new Escuela Warriors website, with one page per location, measurement from day one and its own panel with a CRM where the school manages its leads. It also runs the school’s advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads, and follows the numbers every day from the Client Cockpit.

Why did Google show 0 conversions?

Because the previous website had no measurement installed: no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Google Ads tag and no Meta pixel. From September 1 to 29, 2026, Google recorded 463 clicks and 0 tracked conversions. Zero tracked does not mean zero sign-ups: it means the website had no way to count them.

Are there results yet?

Not yet. The new website went live on October 1, 2026 and has only been measuring for a few days. Once there is a full measured month we will publish the numbers here, good or not.

Can I get the same for my business?

Yes. Typers builds websites with measurement from day one, with the CRM Typers built in, and brings your advertising numbers together in the Client Cockpit. It all starts with an assessment of your accounts and your website.

Liftoff request

Does your website measure what you spend?

We review your accounts and your website, and tell you what is being measured and what is not.
